Natasha serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of Turn-Key Medical, leading the company’s strategic, financial, and organizational initiatives. With over 20 years of experience in accounting, operations, and executive leadership, she is dedicated to driving Turn-Key’s growth while upholding its mission of delivering excellence in medical imaging.
Before becoming CEO in 2023, Natasha was an independent board member of Turn-Key Medical, gaining valuable insights into the company’s operations and long-term goals. Since stepping into her CEO role, Natasha has focused on improving business strategy, efficiency, and communication across the organization. Natasha believes the unique culture of employee ownership is key to Turn-Key’s success. The sense of ownership and accountability shared by the entire team is what propels the company forward, creating a collaborative environment where everyone is invested in achieving the company’s goals.
A Certified Public Accountant with an MBA and a Bachelor's in Accounting from Boise State University, Natasha combines financial expertise with a focus on customer satisfaction, sustainable growth, and business performance. Beyond her leadership at Turn-Key, Natasha is also on the St. Luke’s Children’s Hospital Advisory Board, demonstrating her commitment to community engagement.
Jacob Kerley
Vice President of Sales
Jacob (Jake) Kerley serves as Vice President of Sales at Turn-Key Medical, leading a team of Account Executives dedicated to providing value-based solutions and exceptional customer experiences. Drawing on more than 30 years of experience in radiology and healthcare operations, Jake combines clinical insight with business acumen to help clients achieve both their clinical and financial goals.
Jake began his career as a Radiologic Technologist after graduating from Boise State University. He gained extensive experience as an X-Ray and CT Technologist at a Level II Trauma Center and Imaging Center before transitioning into Radiology Management. During his tenure, he oversaw multi-modality departments including MRI, CT, Ultrasound, Interventional Radiology, Radiography, and Radiology Nursing, working closely with hospital leadership and radiologists to build a successful patient-centered service.
Since joining Turn-Key Medical, Jake has been instrumental in growing the company’s sales organization into a multi-million-dollar enterprise. His deep understanding of healthcare operations and commitment to customer success continue to shape Turn-Key Medical’s reputation for excellence and trusted partnership.
Christopher Barnes
Vice President of Technical Services
Christopher (Chris) Barnes serves as Vice President of Technical Services at Turn-Key Medical, where he oversees service strategy, team development, and customer engagement across multiple states. With nearly two decades of experience at Turn-Key, Chris combines his technical expertise with a people-first leadership approach to ensure reliable, responsive service for healthcare providers.
Chris began his career with Turn-Key Medical in 2006 as a Field Service Engineer after earning his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from DeVry University. He advanced through a series of leadership roles including Technical Specialist, Assistant Service Manager, and Technical Specialist Manager before being named Vice President in 2023.
Passionate about supporting healthcare providers and improving patient outcomes, Chris believes every service interaction is an opportunity to build trust and make a meaningful difference. His leadership emphasizes both technical excellence and a steadfast commitment to quality care.
Kelly Broeg
Vice President of Operations
Kelly Broeg serves as Vice President of Operations at Turn-Key Medical, overseeing all finance and administrative functions. She also serves as a board member and corporate secretary, contributing to the company’s strategic growth and operational excellence.
Since joining Turn-Key Medical in 2006, Kelly has been instrumental in expanding the company’s operations across seven states and building a resilient infrastructure. In 2019, she played a key role in transitioning Turn-Key to a 100% employee-owned organization through the implementation of an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), fostering a culture of shared ownership and collective commitment.
Kelly holds a bachelor’s degree from Bloomsburg University and earned the Credential of Readiness (CORe) from Harvard Business School through Boise State University.
Barry Clot
Vice President of Customer Relations
Barry Clot serves as Vice President of Customer Relations at Turn-Key Medical, where he leads a team of Product Support Specialists dedicated to delivering exceptional service and clinical expertise. With a background in radiologic sciences and management, Barry brings both technical proficiency and a deep commitment to customer satisfaction.
A Boise State University graduate, Barry holds an Associate’s degree in Radiologic Sciences and a Bachelor’s degree in Management. He is registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in both Radiology and Computed Tomography, underscoring his dedication to professional excellence.
In addition to his leadership in customer relations, Barry provides clinical applications support for Canon CT systems, ensuring that clients receive comprehensive training and technical guidance. As both an executive team member and board member, he contributes to Turn-Key Medical’s strategic direction and culture of innovation.
Michael Rowell
Vice President of Information Technology
Michael Rowell serves as Vice President of Information Technology at Turn-Key Medical, where he oversees IT strategy, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and digital operations. With nearly two decades of service, Michael has been instrumental in shaping the company’s technology vision enhancing reliability, security, and efficiency across all departments.
He holds multiple professional credentials, including ISC2 Certified in Cybersecurity (CC), Google Cybersecurity Certificate, McAfee Certified Executive Leadership, and ServiceNow IT Leadership Professional. Michael is also an active contributor to the broader technology community through the INTERFACE Advisory Council and the Idaho CIO/CISO Executive Exchange, fostering collaboration among senior IT leaders across industries.
